Backorders or Delays

We will ship in-stock merchandise immediately or within three business days, and backordered items as they become available.

Exchanges / Returns Policy

We take great pride in our reputation for quality and excellent value. If for any reason you are dissatisfied with a purchase, we'll assist you with a prompt refund, exchange, or credit within 30 days of the purchase, subject to the following conditions:
Merchandise must be in original condition, with all original packaging, components, instructions, warranty material, etc.
A 10% restocking will be charged for returned items over $300.
To Return an Item to Us

Please pack your merchandise securely. Include your invoice with a note telling us the reason for the return. If the item was a gift, please include your phone number and your email address. We will credit the original purchaser's credit card upon receipt of returned merchandise.

If you are returning merchandise for a refund, you are responsible for the cost of returning it to us. Unfortunately, we cannot reimburse you for the original shipping charges. Send the package with a traceable shipping method (i.e. Delivery Confirmation) to:

Exchanges

If you are exchanging merchandise, you are responsible for the cost of returning it to us. Shipment of a replacement item of equal or lesser value is also your responsibility. If you would like to upgrade your shipping method or purchase additional items, you are responsible for the cost of additional items and shipping charges.
